The Primrose Centre was set up in 2010. The Centre is run by a very small staff team and a wonderful team of volunteers. We are a registered charity based in Orpington, supporting those who have a breast cancer diagnosis.
We offer access to holistic therapies, lymphatic drainage and peer-to-peer support, all are available alongside the medical journey for breast cancer at no charge. Our visitors do not need a referral and can contact us directly to register.
We support through all the stages of cancer from early diagnosis to terminal diagnosis and everything in between.
Our services range from lymphatic drainage and oncology massage, to acupuncture and Indian head massage. We also offer group classes such a yoga, art therapy and guided meditation, alongside mindfulness and counselling sessions.
We are self-funding and rely on donations, grants and fundraising events in order to continue to offer high quality treatments to the local breast cancer community.
