Quest Soul Theatre is a Community Interest Company that uses drama, storytelling, and creative play to support wellbeing, connection, and community engagement. We create inclusive, accessible spaces for people of all ages and abilities to express themselves, build confidence, and feel a sense of belonging.
Our work is dementia-friendly, trauma-informed, and rooted in kindness, creativity, and care. We offer weekly drama classes, Dungeons & Dragons storytelling groups, and tailored workshops designed to support mental health, social connection, and self-expression.
All of our sessions are open to beginners and built around participation, not performance. Whether someone wants to build confidence, meet new people, or simply enjoy a creative outlet, Quest provides a safe and welcoming environment.
We also offer one-to-one or small group mentoring using drama and roleplay to explore ideas, build resilience, and encourage imagination.
At Quest, we believe everyone has a story worth telling. We use creativity as a tool for healing, expression, and joy — helping people to connect not only with others, but also with themselves.
We don’t just run workshops — we create meaningful experiences that uplift, inspire, and bring people together.
