Mytime Active is a social enterprise and independent charity in Bromley, passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of our community. We operate 5 leisure centres and 3 golf courses in Bromley and all our profits are reinvested back into our facilities, services and programmes.
Our programmes are designed to boost positivity and self-confidence, as well as helping people to move more. We are passionate that all of our centres are welcoming and safe places for people to visit and that we help those living with dementia lead a healthier, more positive and enjoyable life.
Many of our instructors and staff, as well as our Primetime volunteers, are Dementia Friends and have attended additional training on dementia. We have lots of dementia friendly classes and carers can attend these free.
We regularly hold social activities and coffee mornings to bring people together. These often mean new friends are made and they also give carers an opportunity to share their experiences or leave them at home – whatever they feel most beneficial on the day!
